Wade Roulette
B.C.L.S, Owner / Operator #997
A resident of Kimberley since 2016 and local business owner since 2018. Wade was born and raised in British Columbia with many of his younger years spent in Manitoba. Wade attended BCIT Geomatics program in 2010 and graduated with honors in 2014. He then went on to acquire articling experience in Nelson, BC before taking a position with Garrett Winkel in Cranbrook, BC.
Wade completed his articling in 2017, achieved his BC Land Surveying license in 2018 and the same year became the owner/operator of Skyline Land Surveying Ltd.
Surrounded by the outdoors and endless mountain wilderness allows Wade to spend his free time exploring the area, raising his daughter and enjoying all that the East Kootenays has to offer. Wade has a passion for his career and surveying which is evident in his dedication and detail for all Skyline projects and clients.
Member of BC Land Surveyors Association, Professional Surveyor of Canada, Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors and has acted as treasurer for his local regional division.

Garrett Winkel
B.C.L.S (retired)
Garrett Winkel has been surveying in the East Kootenays since 1993 after graduating from BCIT. Garrett received his commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2004. Garrett retired in 2018 from full time surveying and is now assisting in quality assurance with Skyline Land Surveying.
